Spending time with friends and family playing games like Pictionary or Uno. Something where we are just having fun and laughing and loving each other.
If It is an activity where I am alone, then it would be walking or doing some art work (drawing, painting, etc..)

The first place I go online depends why I am getting online.... If it is to check email or send an email, then I am going to AOL, Yahoo, or Gmail.
If it is for research then it would be to whatever particular site will give me the answers I seek. . .

I would soak in the faces and images of those people I love most. . .
I would look at the images in art that most inspire and move me
I would look at the things in nature that I enjoy especially the sunrise and sunset

The longest relationship I have ever been in was five and a half years.
I guess I could go on with details but. . .that was not the question. LOL

Last weekend when my adopted "son" (mentee) and I watched tv, laughed and joked. We use to do the video game thing but now I just watch him play... ahh that reminds me that I want to go price a Xbox 360 for him for Christmas. . . .

Well, I just returned from Pennsylvania where I went to be with family for Thanksgiving. While there I took several photos of church doors and I took a pic of one of my baby pictures where I am with my toy skunk (which I still have).
I might add a few of them to my profile gallery . . . hummm

The easiest way to become happy is to decide to be.
Once you realize that happiness is a choice and that you can be happy right here, right now - then you will be happy.
Being thankful for what you have can assist you in seeing that you have enough right now to be happy. happiness is not about obtaining some outward "thing"
Happiness is about connecting to the inner divine source and realizing that you can exclaim. . ."I AM happy right now" and mean it!
