This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 07, 2007:
There are several times when I feel the "most" alive. . .
When I am teaching and I connect with the students and know that they are getting the lesson.
When I am life coaching and a client is manifesting what they wanted obtain. When we are seeing the fruits of the coaching coming forth.
When I am involved in the creative process as an artist - When I draw, paint, sculpt, or take photos.
When I am performing with either my performance company B.E.L.I.E.V.E. or when I am acting, storytelling, or dancing....
When I am laughing so hard I cry.
When I am watching a movie that resonates with my soul - like "Secondhand Lions"
When I am playing with the kids and when I play with the dog. . . .
When I am out in nature
There are many times when I feel "most" alive. . . and I find that it is MAJORLY important for me to experience one or more of these several times a day.
One of my daily mantras when I get up in the morning is "Live, Laugh, Love"
Live like today is my day to change the world. - because it is!
Laugh because laughter is pure joy made manifest, laughter is the song of heaven.
Love because love is all there is! Love is what is changing the world!
I feel most alive now as I share this with you.
Thank you
